Meet Charlott

Hi, I'm Charlott — without the 'e.'

I'm a professionally trained coach with a highly intuitive nature and a natural connection to mediumship. I work predominantly with women navigating midlife transitions — grief and loss, a shifting relationship, a career change, an empty nest, or the body and identity changes perimenopause brings — who feel stuck or lost, want something different, but can't yet see clearly what's ahead.

And if we've just met, welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

Like many women, I've known what it feels like to stand at a crossroads. To experience loss, uncertainty, and reinvention. To carry questions that don't have easy answers and to long for a little more clarity about what comes next.

Now in my 50s, I find myself in another beautiful chapter of becoming.

Some of this season has been challenging. Some enlightening. Some deeply inspiring.

What I've come to understand is this: life has a way of inviting us to pause. To look. To listen. To notice the glimmers. To gently return to ourselves.

Because beneath the noise, the responsibilities, and the endless thinking, there is a quiet wisdom within each of us that already knows. My work is simply to create a safe and supportive space where you can become still enough to hear it.

If something you've read here resonates with you, perhaps this is your invitation to pause. To create space for yourself. To be supported as you navigate change, uncertainty, or the quiet knowing that something in your life is ready to shift.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

My Approach ~ Experience & Qualifications

A Few Things That Bring Me Joy

First and foremost, motherhood — being mum to my 20-year-old twins.

My 36-year relationship with my husband, my greatest champion in love and life.

Morning walks through my garden with my cat and dog, and the occasional visit from local wildlife — we live in a forest.

A warm cup of chai tea or cacao, held slowly.

Painting with oils and watercolours — losing myself in colour, texture, and creative expression.

Deep conversations about life, meaning, and the mysteries of the universe.

Birdsong — especially the call of the Black Cockatoo.

Sunrises, and the gentle arrival of Autumn, my favourite season.

Time with family and friends. Connection is my vibe.

And those quiet, unhurried moments that remind me the smallest things are often the most meaningful.

"Loving who you are and embracing all that you can be and do is the ultimate privilege in being human." — Charlott Kisvarda

A Published Author & Contributor

I had the privilege of collaborating with 54 other remarkable women from around the world in 55 Faces Global Edition, a collective book led by Michelle Gardiner that explores a powerful question:

What is the next story we want written for women?

It was an honour to be invited to contribute my story and share my message alongside other inspiring women who are committed to creating meaningful change for women and future generations.

The experience was a beautiful reminder that our stories matter.

Each of us carries unique experiences, perspectives, and wisdom that have the power to inspire, connect, and create change. When women share their stories openly and courageously, something extraordinary happens—we realise we are not alone, and together our collective voices become a catalyst for transformation.

Being part of 55 Faces Global Edition was not simply about being published. It was about participating in a global conversation and adding my voice to a movement that honours women's experiences, celebrates our diversity, and invites us all to consider the stories we are consciously creating for ourselves and for one another.

Because I believe that every woman carries a story, and within every story lies wisdom waiting to be heard.

These are easy to follow and achievable even when life is busy with kids/work/family. Thank you Charlott for putting me back on track to pursue my interests even if it is one small step at a time.”

“I highly recommend Charlott's coaching sessions. I have great experience working with Charlott.

She is very professional and has great ideas of how to get me motivated and how to help my small business take off while combining it with my family life and my personal goals.

Charlott is not only a professional life coach that is keeping herself up to date with ongoing training and lots of recent trends and ideas, she is also a lovely person and it is absolutely a pleasure to work with her.”

— Dikla Yaniv

“I have just started my Journey working with Charlotte, and so excited to continue too. I feel so safe with her, I can be honest and be myself. Charlott shares my vision and has so much conviction in her coaching. She wants you to reach your goals, she wants you to reach your own strengths and to succeed. She can see what you can't see and lay it out for you, a guide. She believes in people and in me and I am so grateful for that experience.

Her natural presence is Joyful, warm and calm while her work is structured, organised and detailed. She is with you every step of the way and can relate to every part of your personal growth and fears on your business journey and help you pass them.

It is not often you can find someone this pure, to believe in you, see your strengths, build your true character and help you prosper in your dreams and set you up to reach your goals.

As a single mum of one wild toddler, she understands life but teaches you not to let it take away your dreams. We can have both, have the best of both worlds.

Thank you Charlott, I am excited to continue this journey with you! lets go!”

— Sarah Latham

“Charlott helped me to overcome obstacles that were holding me back from experiencing life more fully. Her compassion, playfulness and wisdom are infectious. She guided me to take the journey from where I was to where I wanted to be.”

— Sophie Marie

Additional Work & Facilitation

Alongside my private practice, I also work with Shine School Wellbeing — an Australian organisation dedicated to informing, inspiring, and empowering healthier, more engaged students across school communities.

‍ ‍

Through ecologically informed wellbeing programs, Shine supports students and educators to build greater awareness around whole-person wellbeing, including mindset, personal growth, holistic nutrition, emotional literacy, and creative expression.

At its core, Shine is about supporting individuals to return to themselves — developing awareness, resilience, and a deeper connection to self, others, and the world around them.
